Attendance Tracker

HereCheck is a fully automate attendance recording system. Taking the
advantage of updating face recognition technology, our solution helps taking students/
employees attendance with ease. HereCheck also provides a Web-App UI for instructors/
employers to view and manage all the records. Time and effort is saved. after uploading pictures
of students/employees, the entire process will be done at the moment that people showing up in
front of our camera devices.

Key Technologies:

Face detected & recognition
OpenCV is the computer vision library used to capture faces in front of cameras. Toolkit
dlib and face_recognition are used to detect faces and do the comparison with existed
facial data. Combine of those tools, our system embedded within the camera devices
could recognize who is showing up, therefore make the right attendance record.
Prisma Sever & Database
The stack of Node.js + GraphQL Prisma sever + PostgresSQL database provides a solid
back-end service with the capability to support our current web application UI managing
and presenting data.
Web application (front-end UI)
Apollo Server and React library are used building our web application, where people
could checking the attendance data. It could be login within a browser on either 
computers or mobile devices. Real-time attendance data will be presenting onto the
page without refreshing manually.
